Before you ask us.

A Sprint on one well-defined process is typically two to four weeks from discovery to live, including the pilot against real data.

Then it gets an RPA bot driving the interface directly, with the same logging and error handling as an API integration. Epicor, legacy ERPs and desktop tools are routine.

You do. Handover documentation and training are part of the build, and every flow is logged so your team can debug it without us.

Nothing silent. Failures raise an alert with the log attached, and the Operate stage covers the fix.
